The NAC teamed up with Hutter Construction to build the parking garage ramp foundation for the Ayer Commuter Rail Improvement Project. This structure consists of 700+ linear feet of 25’ high wall sitting on 24’ base slab footings. NAC employed DOKA Xlife gang forms and one of our Grove cranes to accomplish these high walls, which sloped and had deep brickshelf, and contained embed and corbels to accept the pre-cast garage structure. NAC delivered the ramp foundation in time for pre-cast concrete and conducted the work safely in the face of daily fall hazards. It was a pleasure working with Hutter Construction and to contribute to a local improvement project for the Town of Ayer.
